Should your child require assistance for any reason, they simply press the “Help Me!” button within the MobileMinder application on their phone. This will send a message to your phone containing a link to a map with directions to your child’s exact location so you can go to their assistance.
In order to use Help Me on android devices just pull down the notification menu and hit Help Me, on Blackberry devices scroll to the MobileMinder icon and then hit the help me icon.
